Pat falls in love with his tough mixed-race boss, Eris. However, given his status, Pat can only afford to keep his feelings a secret, trying to preserve the relationship between his boss and his assistant. Even though Pat has set a boundary, Eris doesn’t make it any easier. She follows him everywhere, sticking by Pat to be by his side during a multimillion-dollar trade war, where the young assistant has the eyes of even rivals.
